Don’t go near this place.. you will pay 400$ for service you could’ve gotten for 60-90$ elsewhere. Tried to return product that was horrible and smelled awful yesterday and some busty girl who’s obviously their enforcer or gatekeeper wouldn’t take it back and examined it closely to see if it was opened and wanted to embarrass and ask me 20 questions about it being opened. When I told them the hair dye job I got was wack they had me go with a rude girl who didn’t fix it.. just slapped on another dye.. and called it a day.. so I left with horrible looking hair and bad products that I couldn’t exchange or return. Don’t fall for the high end look.. you aren’t getting high end services..

Lauren is my girl! I drive 4 hours to get my hair done because I don’t truly trust anyone else with my hair. I’m a blonde and blondes are tough clients lol!!!! She is a scientist with toners to make me the most beautiful bright blonde! Her attention to detail is so appreciated. I love her and I’m so glad she is now at this beautiful salon in La Jolla!
